At Caribbean Jewelz, we strive to offer you quality products at all times. We pride ourselves to offer you boutique style items that have been handmade with care and attention to detail.
Like any handmade product, it is bound to be slight differences from product to product. We do not have a mass production company.
If you have any concerns with your product please contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. We will review every issue individually.
Your refund will not include shipping charges paid for initial shipment or for returning the items to us. Refunds will generally be made either by a credit to your credit card or PayPal, depending on how you paid. You will be notified via e mail at the moment your refund is made.
If exchanging, new items will be shipped out after return items are received and checked.
You have 10 days to return your item once you have contact us.
There will be No Refunds on custom orders unless we made a mistake.
Even though I make my jewelry with the utmost care and durability, nothing is unbreakable. Therefore, I am always happy to make repairs if they are necessary. I will repair any item free for three months. Afterward, there will be a small labor and supplies fee. As most of our items are one of a kind or limited edition, the materials may not be available at time of repair. I will do my best to find the most similar material to ensure your jewelry looks the way you purchased it. Please contact us on how to return the piece.
Shipping fees for repairs are non-refundable.
